What is the ruling concerning a girl who often delays Fajr prayer due to sleep and does not take the means to wake up?

Prayer is the pillar of faith, and it is incumbent upon the wife to be diligent in performing it at its prescribed times, especially the Dawn prayer. Staying up late for no beneficial reason is disliked, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade conversing after the 'Isha' prayer, due to the risk of missing the Dawn prayer and the night vigil.
