It is permissible for the woman in to comb her hair and oil it with olive oil that is free from perfume. It is also permissible for her to trim her nails, pluck and shave armpit hair, and shave pubic hair, as well as mustache and beard hair if she has any. Similarly, it is permissible for her to use a miswak with toothpaste, and to use perfumed shampoo and soap. However, it is forbidden for her to remove hair from her arms or legs, or to remove eyebrow hair by any means.
