Is one who commits an ihram transgression given the choice between a blood offering, fasting, or feeding the poor?

For a person in a state of ihram (definition) for Hajj or Umrah (definition), certain actions are prohibited, including: shaving hair, trimming nails, covering the head for men, wearing tailored clothes, using perfume, hunting, contracting marriage, and engaging in sexual intercourse or its مقدمات (preliminaries).

If one commits any of these prohibitions: - If done out of forgetfulness, ignorance, compulsion, or while sleeping: there is no penalty. - If done intentionally due to an excuse: there is no sin, but a fidyah (definition) (expiatory sacrifice) is due. - If done intentionally without an excuse: the person is sinful and a fidyah is due, which varies depending on the prohibited act: - Contracting marriage: no fidyah is required. - Sexual intercourse before the first tahallul (partial release from ihram) in Hajj: its fidyah is a badana (a camel or cow). - Shaving hair, trimming nails, using perfume, wearing tailored clothes, covering the head, intimate touching with lust, wearing gloves, and wearing the niqab: its fidyah is fasting for three days, or sacrificing a sheep, or feeding six needy persons. - Hunting: - If the hunted animal has a counterpart (similar domestic animal): its fidyah is sacrificing the counterpart, or assessing the value of the counterpart and giving its value as food, or fasting one day for each needy person who could have been fed. - If the hunted animal does not have a counterpart: its fidyah is assessing the value of the hunted animal and giving its value as food, or fasting one day for each needy person who could have been fed.
