Does the pardon for the impurity of street mud and its flowing water include all pathways, even those that are roofed, such as in modern markets, malls, hospitals, companies, and other pathways within large buildings?

The reason for pardoning the impurity of street mud is the difficulty and widespread affliction, as Allah Almighty says: (Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship), and (He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (I was sent with the easy, tolerant monotheism). This impurity is considered among the pardoned impurities, like the blood from sores and boils. Scholars have not differentiated between covered and uncovered streets in terms of pardoning this impurity.
