Is it permissible to open a shop specializing in selling cleaning products that contain ethyl alcohol, bearing in mind that intoxicating alcohol takes the ruling of wine regarding impurity?

The alcohol used in products, medicines, and foods generally no longer retains the ruling of impurity (najāsa) or prohibition (ḥurma) because it transforms into permissible, non-impure substances during manufacturing, either through chemical transformation (istiḥāla) or dissolution/assimilation (istihlāk). Therefore, there is no harm in using or trading these items. There is also an opinion that alcohol is neither an intoxicant (khamr (definition)) nor impure.
