What you mention may be merely an illusion, a whisper [from Satan], or a vein [pulsating], so pay no mind to these doubts. If you are certain that secretions have exited the penis, then it is most likely madhiy (pre-seminal fluid). The method for purifying from it is explained in no. 59304.
