The answer

Not every wound permits . Rather, whoever fears washing the injured area should wipe over it, or over a splint. Engaging in masturbation is forbidden and requires repentance. Whoever is afflicted by it and is unable to perform may perform tayammum, and their prayer will be valid, for a disobedient person is like others in the ruling of tayammum once their act of disobedience has ended. It is disliked for a man to cause himself to pray with tayammum. If kissing or intercourse with one's wife is disliked if it leads to tayammum, then what about the forbidden act of masturbation?
