What is the meaning of the the Tajwid scholars' saying that the Qur'an was written in the presence of the Prophet, knowing that he could neither read nor write?

The Quran was revealed to the Prophet (peace be upon him) for him to memorize it and convey it to the people. The Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Arab nation were endowed with a strong memory and quick recall. The Prophet (peace be upon him) was keen on memorizing the Quran, so much so that he would move his tongue with it during the revelation, until his Lord reassured him that He would gather the Quran in his chest and facilitate its recitation and understanding of its meaning, as stated in Surah (definition) Al-Qiyamah and Taha. The Quran was written down in the presence of the Prophet (peace be upon him) by the scribes of the revelation, and despite being illiterate, he would dictate the Quran to them, review it, and recite it to them. The Quran has been preserved and transmitted from generation to generation through unbroken transmission (Tawatur), which guaranteed its preservation without any discrepancy.
