Reciting the Quran is among the best acts of worship, and there is no impediment to doing so while driving. Completing a that you began reciting at night while driving and on the way to work is the best use of time. However, if the recitation involves reading from the (physical copy of the Quran) while the car is in motion, it is not permissible due to the potential harms that could result.
