If a worshiper recites a containing a prostration of recitation (sajdat at-tilawah) and prostrates, then after rising from the prostration, he has the choice between bowing immediately or reciting what is easy for him from the Qur'an. It is preferable for the Imam to recite something brief from the Qur'an after the prostration of recitation to avoid confusing the worshipers and to give them a chance to rest.
