The question

To what extent are the hadiths that condemn the Berbers authentic, namely: "Indeed, a prophet came to this people before me, and they slaughtered him, cooked him, ate his flesh, and drank his broth," and "Indeed, faith does not go beyond their throats," and "Whoever brings forth charity and finds no one but a Berber, let him return it," and "Wickedness is seventy parts; sixty-nine parts are for the Berbers, and one part is for jinn and humans," and "Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth. From Shem descended the Arabs, Persians, and Romans, and goodness is in them. From Ham descended the Copts and Berbers, and there is no goodness in them"?

The answer

The Berbers are the indigenous inhabitants of North Africa, and an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab except by piety. No from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, denounces the Berbers, and people are distinguished by piety, not by race.
