Where is the Ummah of Muhammad, peace be upon him?

Allah sent Muhammad, peace be upon him, to an ignorant and weak nation. After embracing Islam, their condition transformed from shepherds to masters of nations, with their conquests spreading far and wide. However, when the Ummah distanced itself from its religion, it reverted to weakness and humiliation. The way out is for the Ummah to change itself and return to its religion, as stated in the Almighty's قول (saying): "Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves," and in the Hadith (definition): "Allah has inflicted humiliation upon you, and He will not remove it from you until you return to your religion." Every individual is responsible for reforming themselves and society so that the Ummah becomes worthy of Allah's support.
