Is the hadith "there will be no marriage at the end of time" fabricated, and does this call for dealing with the works of the Turkish preacher Harun Yahya with suspicion?

Abandoning marriage due to an alleged sign appearing at the end of time is not correct and contradicts the Prophetic traditions that encourage marriage. Marriage is subject to the five legal rulings. Whoever abandons it due to an excuse, or lack of need, or to postpone it, is excused. There should be no exaggeration regarding anyone; everyone's statement can be accepted or rejected, except for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. If a scholar cites a weak or fabricated hadith (definition) out of error, not deception, then he is excused.
