Is the obsessive-compulsive disorder patient's religious and worship-related obsession during Ramadan considered to be from an evil self if their obsession is organic, especially given the existence of hadiths indicating that Satan instills such obsessions, and what is the status of the qareen (familiar jinn), and what is meant by evil selves?

"Whispers (waswasah) may not originate from devils. The chaining of devils might mean a reduction in their movement, not their complete annihilation, or that only the rebellious jinn are chained. Therefore, it is not a prerequisite for a person afflicted with whispers to be cured in Ramadan (definition). One should ignore these whispers regardless of their cause, as evils and sins can occur due to malicious souls, bad habits, and human devils. The chaining of devils in Ramadan does not completely prevent their movement, but it diminishes their influence compared to other times."
