It is permissible for you to seek the help of an intermediary to mediate between you and the responsible authority for submitting your documents and arranging an interview, provided that this does not lead to deception, fraud, or circumvention of the conditions. If the intermediary possesses influence and intercession, it is not permissible for him to take compensation for his influence, unless his action requires effort and hardship, in which case he may take compensation for his effort.
