Is it permissible for all those working in the field of Zakat to be given from it?

For those involved in Zakat (definition), such as collectors, distributors, and others, there is a right to Zakat due to their work in it. This is conditioned on the Zakat needing their work. This is supported by the Almighty's saying: (Indeed, [prescribed] charitable donations are only for the poor, the needy, those who work on [collecting and distributing] them...). This includes everyone needed for Zakat matters, such as the collector, the distributor, the shepherd, and the guard. These individuals are given from the share of those working on it. As for the wages of the weighers and measurers, these are paid by the owner of the wealth, as they are part of the expense of paying Zakat.
