The company is obligated to fulfill the agreed-upon percentage of profit or sale price. It is not permissible for the company to link this fulfillment to the renewal of the contract under new terms. The company's failure to fulfill this obligation is a breach of contracts that Allah has commanded to be fulfilled.

To obtain your right, use legitimate means such as complaining to the labor office, the Bureau of Grievances, the judiciary, or seeking mediation from influential individuals.

If they do not respond, then be patient and seek your reward from Allah.

If it is possible for you to take the equivalent of your right from the company's funds without causing harm, then that is permissible (the issue of 'Al-Zafar' - obtaining one's right by force if denied).

The agreed-upon percentage alone, without a fixed salary, is permissible according to those who allow Jahalah (ambiguity) in the Ju'l (stipend/fee). However, if it is with a fixed salary, scholars have differed on this, with the majority prohibiting it.
