It is permissible to establish a company for mediation between workers and employers, and it is allowed to take a commission from both parties if the work is permissible and the wage is known. As for the employer, it is not permissible for them to take any payment from the worker unless they have paid expenses such as the visa and airfare, and these were not part of the worker's salary. It is not permissible to take a commission for employment as a bribe. If you wish to establish your own recruitment company, there is no objection to dealing with it, provided that its interests do not conflict with your current job.
