The answer

The emission of pus from the urethra does not invalidate the fast. However, regarding purity and prayer, pus is impure (najis) and nullifies ablution (wudu'). If it is discharged occasionally, one must purify oneself from it, wash whatever it has touched, and repeat ablution and prayer. But if its discharge is continuous, it takes the ruling of urinary incontinence (sils al-bawl): one should purify oneself, take precautions (e.g., wear a protective pad), and perform ablution for the time of each prayer. Its subsequent discharge will then not harm the person.
