Is a man's fast accepted if he deliberately looks at immodestly dressed women?

Intentionally looking at unveiled women (displaying their adornments) is forbidden, and the prohibition becomes more severe in Ramadan (definition). While it does not invalidate the fast, it does mar it and reduce the reward. The one who commits this act must repent. The husband should fear Allah and lower his gaze, and the wife should remind her husband. Neglecting obedience to Allah in Ramadan exposes one to Allah's wrath, for fasting was legislated to attain piety. This sin does not have a specific punishment in the Hereafter unless a person persists in it and was not diligent in prayer and avoided major sins.
