Is it permissible to expiate feeding ten poor people by paying a sum of money equivalent to Zakat al-Fitr for each feeding?

The expiation for an oath is not connected to the amount of al-Fitr. Rather, it is feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If one cannot do that, then it is fasting for three days.
