It is permissible for the state to impose taxes when there is a need and conditions are met. If taxes are imposed unlawfully, it is permissible to resort to stratagem to eliminate or reduce them. Salaries are not subject to unless they reach the (minimum threshold) on their own or by being combined with other assets, and a full hawl (lunar year) has passed on them. Whoever swears a false oath must repent to Allah, and he has done well by offering the expiation for a false oath ( ghamus).
