How is fleeing to Allah manifested in the ranks of the common people, the elite, and the elite of the elite?

Fleeing to Allah means seeking refuge in Him by observing His commands and abstaining from His prohibitions, and drawing closer to Him through supererogatory acts of worship, and repenting from sins with sincere intention and steadfastness. There is no distinction between the fleeing of common people, the elite, or the elite of the elite. The matter is either fleeing or not.
