What is the ruling on prayers that were prayed without the intention of making up (qada')? Is it permissible to make up missed prayers in congregation after every obligatory prayer, or by joining someone who is praying? If it is not permissible, what should one do if someone joins him while he is praying a make-up prayer? If I pray one make-up obligatory prayer with one of the (regular) obligatory prayers, must I make up the remaining obligatory prayers of that day with the remaining (regular) prayers, and must there be no separation between the two prayers? Is it permissible to make up missed prayers between the adhan and the iqama?

Scholars differ concerning making up prayers missed without excuse, and the majority opinion is that they must be made up. The prayers you performed after guidance and before making up what you missed are valid; for the order between made-up prayers and current prayers is not a condition. It is sufficient for you to make up what is easy for you daily without negligence. Some scholars hold that one should make up at least two days' worth, unless it causes harm to your livelihood. Making up prayers can be done at any time of night or day. It is not necessary to make up each missed prayer with its current counterpart, nor to seek out its specific time, nor is continuous sequence required. It is permissible to make up prayers in congregation, and it is valid for the intention of the Imam and the follower to differ.
