Which is better: to go to the mosque on foot or by car if available, and is there a reward for that?

Many hadiths have been narrated that encourage walking to mosques due to the great reward it entails. For example, the hadith of Ubayy ibn Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) relates that a man from the Ansar whose house was far from the mosque said: "I want my walking to the mosque and my return when I go back to my family to be recorded for me." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has gathered all of that for you." Narrated by Muslim. Also, the hadith: "No servant's feet become dusty in the way of Allah but that the Fire will not touch them." Narrated by Al-Bukhari. As for using a car to go to the mosque, its owner will be rewarded for what he spends on its fuel and other expenses, and this falls under the saying of Allah the Almighty: "And whatever you spend of anything in the way of Allah, it will be repaid to you in full, and you will not be wronged." (Al-Anfal: 60). In summary, going to mosques entails many rewards, whether by walking or by car, but walking is better and brings more reward.
