A woman is not permitted to shake hands with her male cousin (son of her maternal aunt or uncle) or her paternal uncle's son, as they are not her mahrams. She is also not allowed to uncover her face in front of them if they have reached or are close to reaching puberty. However, she may uncover her face in front of a ten-year-old child because he has not yet reached the age of accountability.
