Is the sister forbidden to her husband who divorced her five separate times, knowing that the medical report states he is not aware of what he is saying in the nervous condition?

If a husband divorces his wife while not aware of what he is saying due to an extreme emotional state, then his divorce does not take effect, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No divorce and no manumission in a state of 'Ighlaq'." 'Ighlaq' means the closing of the mind. This includes one who is so angry that they faint. However, if he was aware of what he was saying, then his wife is irrevocably divorced from him and is not lawful for him until she marries another husband.
