Temporary marriage, in which divorce is stipulated for a specific time, is void, just like stipulating a time for marriage or making it conditional. If the husband intends to divorce at a specific time without stipulating it in the contract, there is a difference of opinion regarding the validity of the contract. It is not permissible for the wife to stipulate the absence of intercourse or coitus interruptus; this condition is void because it contradicts the essence of the contract.
