What should I do regarding the prayers I performed while menstrual blood was on my clothes without having performed ghusl, and the prayers in which I was unaware of the necessity of ghusl or wudu from semen (mani) and pre-seminal fluid (madhy), and the fasting days I missed, given the difficulty of making up all these days, my inability to offer expiation, and my family preventing me from fasting?

The prayer of one who is in a state of ritual impurity (hadath) is not valid until they purify themselves from that impurity. Similarly, the fast of a menstruating woman is not valid until she becomes pure from menstruation. Therefore, the questioner must make up all the days she fasted while menstruating and repeat the prayers she performed without performing ghusl or wudu after madhy (pre-seminal fluid), or while wearing clothes with impermissible blood on them, as ritual purity is a condition for the validity of prayer. It is obligatory for the questioner to strive to make up what she owes in terms of fasting and prayer. If she cannot estimate the exact number, she must err on the side of caution until she is reasonably sure that her obligation has been fulfilled. Shyness is not an excuse for abandoning making up these acts of worship, and she can inform her family if necessary.
