Is it permissible to blow on a female child after completing the morning and evening remembrances, and is this the correct method for performing Ruqyah on a young child?

The correct method for performing Ruqyah on a child to protect and safeguard them is what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did with Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn by seeking refuge for them with: (I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every harmful thing, and from every evil eye that casts its spell).

It is also recommended to recite Al-Mu'awwidhatayn (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) and wipe the children's bodies with them, or blow into one's hands with them and then wipe the body, or recite them into water and bathe with it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge with them.

If a child falls ill, the mother can blow into her hands with Al-Mu'awwidhatayn and wipe the child's body with them, following the example of 'Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, when she did this for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, during his illness.

As for the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), it has not been reported that they are recited over others for the purpose of Ruqyah. Therefore, one should restrict oneself to what has been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
