You must warn your husband of Allah's wrath and punishment, and explain that drinking alcohol is a grave sin, citing the verses and hadiths that prohibit it and clarify its consequences, such as prayers not being accepted for forty days, and being given to drink from tīnat al-khabāl (the mire of corruption). You should also remind him that he is a bad example for his children, and that his responsibility is not limited to providing food and drink. The marriage contract is not invalidated by drinking alcohol unless he considers it permissible. You must pray for his guidance, raise your children with a religious upbringing, and explain that their father's action is wrong.
