What is meant by Ibn Abbas's saying: "To God, Almighty, belong [every day three hundred] and sixty moments" in describing the Preserved Tablet?

Ibn Abbas mentioned that Allah has a Preserved Tablet (al-Lawh al-Mahfuz), and two covers (daffatan) made of red ruby. Allah looks at it every day 360 glances, erasing what He wills and establishing what He wills. The word 'lahzah' (moment) here was interpreted as 'nazrah' (glance). He also mentioned that Allah has two books: one is fixed and unchanging, which is the Preserved Tablet, and the other in which He alters what He wills and establishes what He wills.
