Is a mother's anger at her son's wife considered disobedience (ʿuqūq), like a son's disobedience to his mother?

A child must be dutiful to their parents, and it is forbidden to disobey them, as Allah Almighty says: "And be dutiful to parents" and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said that disobeying parents is one of the gravest major sins. Allah Almighty forbade saying "uff" to parents, and this prohibition includes anything more severe than it. Part of a wife's complete obedience to her husband is to be kind to his parents. If the mother became angry with the wife because of her action, the wife should have sought forgiveness before the mother's death. If she did not, then she must frequently supplicate for the mother's forgiveness. And if the wife harmed the mother and the son did not stop her, then this is an act of disobedience, and he must regret it, seek much forgiveness, and perform righteous deeds, for Allah accepts the repentance of those who are sincere in it.
