Is it permissible to perform ghusl with water over which Qur'an has been recited inside the bathroom out of necessity, such as for a touch (of jinn), or is it obligatory to perform ghusl with it in another place?

The Quran and what has been recited from it must be protected from places of filth. If one wishes to bathe with water over which the Quran has been recited, they must bathe in a pure place. If they can only find a bathroom, then they should bathe in a pure vessel or basin, and then pour the water in a pure place.
