Is it permissible to bathe with water over which the Quran has been recited, inside the bathroom, out of necessity? And does the verse: "But whoever is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin—then verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful" apply to this situation?

It is obligatory to protect the Qur’an and that upon which the Qur’an has been recited from places of impurity. And whoever wishes to bathe with water over which the Qur’an has been recited, while in the bathroom, must bathe in a clean vessel and pour the water in a clean place to safeguard the water from impurities.
