Does marriage help cure the presence of blood in the semen, and should the girl intended for engagement be informed of this problem, knowing that it does not affect the wife?

The notion of marriage being a cause for healing is a matter for specialists. Informing the wife about the presence of blood in the semen is obligatory if it is proven to be harmful to her; otherwise, it is not. As for the weakness of sperm motility and similar issues that affect conception, it is recommended to inform the wife, but it is not obligatory. It is advised to seek Allah's help, exert effort, and perform ruqyah (Islamic incantation for healing).
