Was the prohibition of carrion, flowing blood, and pork imposed upon the Jews, or was only what is mentioned in verse 146 of Surat Al-An'am imposed upon them?

Verse 145 is not a text prohibiting certain foods for Jews. However, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned what indicates the prohibition of carrion and pork for Jews. Paul, the Patriarch, issued a fatwa to Emperor Constantine that pork is forbidden in the Torah and that Jews do not eat its meat. Ibn al-Qayyim also mentioned that Christians permitted pork to spite the Jews, even though the Torah forbids it.
