Is it permissible for the husband to seek divorce due to his wife constantly raising her voice at him and his desire not to have children with her again as a result of his hatred for her?

Marital problems are normal, and what was mentioned about the wife contradicts obedience and good companionship. Therefore, the husband should continue to advise her and remind her of Allah. If she does not benefit from the advice and her reform becomes impossible, he may divorce her due to her bad character. If he chooses to be patient with her for the sake of the child, he may do so while continuing to advise her and supplicate for her. The husband should not wish death upon her. He must keep her with kindness, by giving her all her rights, including maintenance and companionship, and conjugal relations according to ability and need.
