Is it true what was narrated on the authority of Ali ibn Abi Talib in Nahj al-Balagha, his saying: "A woman's jealousy is disbelief, and a man's jealousy is faith," and what does it mean if true?

It has been previously stated that the mentioned book cannot be reliably attributed to Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, and that the saying "a man's jealousy is good, and a woman's jealousy is bad" is not entirely accurate. Praiseworthy jealousy, for both genders, stems from faith, while blameworthy jealousy is detestable. The saying may sometimes hold true because a man is often more wise and rational in his jealousy, whereas a woman might misapply her jealousy due to the dominance of emotions, which could lead to ill suspicion and ungratefulness towards her spouse.
