Commercial Insurance: It is not permissible to subscribe to this voluntarily. If one is forced into it, there is no harm upon them, but it is not permissible to take more from it than what one contributed.

Regarding the medical certificate: If the doctor issues it based on the necessary examinations without asking about previous symptoms, there is no harm in benefiting from it.
