What is the interpretation of the noble Hadith: "No child of Adam is born but Satan touches him at birth, and he cries out screaming from the touch of Satan, except for Mary and her son," concerning children who do not cry at birth due to a birth defect, and does the Hadith apply to them even though they did not cry?

The Hadith states: "There is no child of Adam born but that Satan touches him when he is born, so he cries out loudly from the touch of Satan, except Mary and her son." And the verse: "And I seek refuge for her in You and her offspring from Satan, the expelled." This touch from Satan is the beginning of his dominion, and Allah protected Mary and her son from him through the blessing of her mother's supplication. The fact that some newborns do not cry due to a birth defect does not contradict the generality of the Hadith, because Arabic linguistic styles use generality in three forms: general without any exception, general with exceptions introduced by legal proofs, and general with exceptions understood through our intellectual and sensory perception. Thus, the few exceptions resulting from congenital problems do not affect the generality of the Hadith.
