What is the ruling on saying "Khayr al-Baraya" (Best of Creation) about our master Muhammad, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him?

It is permissible to describe the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, as "Khair al-Baraya" (the Best of Creation), because he is the best of all creation without exception. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I am the master of the children of Adam on the Day of Resurrection."
