Is a woman obligated to be with the husband who mistreated her in this world, in Paradise, while a man has the freedom to choose, and is this consistent with divine justice, equality, and mercy?

Allah Almighty judges as He wills and does what He desires, and there is no repeller of His decree. A Muslim should ask seeking understanding, not objecting to Allah's rulings. A woman belongs to her husband in Paradise, and with him, she is superior to the Houris (maidens of Paradise). The situation in Paradise is different from that in this world, for Allah will remove grudges, and the woman will have no ill feelings towards her husband's other wives. A man will marry the Houris, but his wife from the people of this world will be more beloved to him. Likewise, she will find no one more beloved to her than her husband. Therefore, there is no need to question divine justice, equality, and mercy in this regard.
