What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a man who disbelieves in God, considers the Hajj to be a waste, and the Kaaba a pile of stones, and believes that Arabs do not deserve to live, and his disbelief increases when he is rebuked, yet he prays and fasts? Should his wife be divorced from him, and how should his children deal with him?
