What is the ruling on erring in uttering the intention for Tawaf Al-Ifadah and forgetting to uncover the shoulder in it, knowing that Tawaf Al-Qudum has been performed and the pilgrim has exited the state of ihram?

For the validity of circumambulation (Tawaf), the intention (niyyah) must be made in the heart, and it is not recommended to utter it verbally. What counts is what a person intends in their heart, even if it differs from what their tongue utters. Al-Idtiba’ (uncovering the right shoulder) is done in the Tawaf of Umrah and the Tawaf of Arrival (Qudoom), but not in the Tawaf of Ifadah.
