Is it legislated to practice al-idhtiba’ during the Tawaf al-Ifadah that was performed before the throwing of Jamrat al-Aqabah and the halq on the Day of Eid, considering that the circumambulator is still in a state of ihram?

"Al-Idtiba' (uncovering the right shoulder) and al-ramal (brisk walking) are legislated only during the circumambulation (tawaf) of 'Umrah and the arrival tawaf (tawaf al-qudoom) for the mufrid (one performing Hajj alone) and the qarin (one performing Hajj and 'Umrah together). They are not legislated during the tawaf al-ifadah (the circumambulation of the overflowing/returning). Al-Idtiba' is the act of uncovering the right shoulder, and al-ramal is brisk walking with short steps. Al-Idtiba' and al-ramal are intertwined; where al-ramal is legislated, al-Idtiba' is also legislated, and where al-ramal is not legislated, al-Idtiba' is also not legislated. However, al-Idtiba' is sunnah (recommended) throughout all seven circuits, whereas al-ramal is only for the first three."
