What is the reason for my sudden feeling of intense shyness, unwillingness to socialize with others, and attempts to avoid them?

Weakness of character can result from psychological, social, or material issues. The best cure for it is to strengthen faith and trust in Allah, abandon obsessive thoughts, adhere to religious obligations, and increase good deeds such as charity, night prayers, supplication, and remembrance of Allah.
