What is the recompense for the one who inflicts the evil eye and the envious one in this world and the Hereafter?

Allah is a Just Judge, and the establishment of absolute justice does not occur in this world, but in the Hereafter. The person who casts the evil eye harbors a kind of injustice and deficiency. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned that the Imam should imprison him and provide for his expenses until death. Al-Nawawi stated that a person known to cause harm with the evil eye should be avoided and prevented from mixing with people. He should be ordered to stay in his house, and if he is poor, he should be provided with sufficient sustenance. One who is afflicted with this trial should remember the immense reward for their patience and strive to attain high ranks of patience, contentment, gratitude, forgiveness, and kindness towards the one who wronged them.
