Is a wife entitled to seek divorce due to intense jealousy resulting from her husband marrying another, despite her not having stipulated this in the marriage contract, and would she, by doing so, fall under the warning of the Hadith: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without cause, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her"?

A woman asking for divorce for a valid reason is not blameworthy. However, she is forbidden from doing so without a valid reason, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without a sound reason, the fragrance of Paradise will be forbidden to her." If a woman is harmed by her husband marrying another, she is permitted to ask for divorce. Her husband is not obligated to grant it unless she stipulated in the marriage contract that he would not marry another. A husband's marriage to another wife is not considered a sufficient harm for a judge to grant a divorce. However, if the harm to her reaches an extreme level, she is permitted to request divorce or khul'.
