Is it permissible to help a female relative whose marital life is impossible, and her husband refuses to divorce her?

It is not permissible for a wife to seek a divorce without a legitimate Shariah-compliant reason. If there is a dispute, reconciliation should first be sought by involving wise individuals from both families, as Allah Almighty said: "And if a woman fears from her husband high-handedness or estrangement, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them, and settlement is best." If reconciliation is not achieved and the marital relationship deteriorates, the husband is advised to divorce her, even in exchange for compensation. If a dispute arises, it should be referred to the Shariah court. It is permissible to assist a female relative if she wishes to divorce for a legitimate Shariah-compliant reason, provided there is no accusation against her. It is important to note the prohibition of suicide.
